AMAZING EXPERIENCE
Compass Window was AMAZING!!! I don't leave reviews... ever. But I've also never went through an easier process with such a courteous and honest staff throughout any of my other home renovations. I needed 17 original windows replaced from my home built in the 50's before selling. I wanted a decent window, but price was my number 1 deciding factor. I made all 7 companies I called aware of this, and 3 wouldn't even come out. 1 actually called me back and said they knew a company that was reputable and that I should try, Compass. Bill from Compass was the last salesman that came out. No gimmicks, no "upgrades" like the others. He actually gave me suggestions on how to make things cheaper while not sacrificing quality AND they had their own installers. The price, Compass beat EVERYONE, one of them by HALF! When it was time for the 2nd measure, the gentleman called me while at my home, and told me it would improve my curb appeal if I changed 2 of the attached windows from a single sliding to a double.....(But that was part of how I got the price so cheap) When I asked "How Much?", he said absolutely nothing, we'll take care of it for you. My windows came in BEFORE schedule and the install was 2 weeks earlier than estimated. ALL 17 windows were installed on the first day, and the second day was for additional outside work. They even removed and installed windows in specific rooms first to make sure my wife and 3 year old could stay warm & t
