Great Service by Compass Window
We were looking for windows for our house because our crank out windows were bent and we wanted to have double hung windows installed. We had Feldco and Compass come out to give us a quote. The representative from Feldco tried to use high pressure tactics to get us to sign right away. Rob from Compass came to our house and showed us his product. He was honest and showed us what we needed and did not try to up sell us. He gave us a quote for 14 windows, which was less than Feldco's and told us to take our time in deciding if we wanted to sign a contract (no pressure from him). We thought that his product was superior and signed the next day. The windows came in the time frame promised and the crew that came out was wonderful. They took their shoes off every time they came into the house and helped me clear some stuff from the windows in the basement. They confirmed the window sizes before installation and showed me what they were going to do. They installed the windows quickly and professionally and even cleaned up both inside and outside. Rob even came back to make sure that the installation was going well and there were no problems. I have already referred him and his company to some friends and would highly recommend him to anyone.
