He was patient and informative and not at all pushy, which we appreciated. The ordering process was easy and our windows came in ahead of schedule. The install team was super professional, fast, and clean. Everything fit perfectly and looked amazing right away. It’s so nice to be able to use our windows again and we noticed such a big difference this winter as far as our energy usage! We had a corporate company come out first and they we rude and tried to strong arm us without giving us a minute to think.
