I had several Window companies out to give me a quote on new windows with winter fast approaching. I called Compass and they set me up with an appointment immediately. Sales man Bill Porayko came out within 2 days of me calling. He was very professional and personable. After I received my quote it was a no brainer to use Bill and compass windows. His prices were by far better than any other company. Bill made the process a breeze to purchase my new windows. I had the windows installed and I am beyond happy with the quality of the windows. This company goes above and beyond. I would recommend Bill Porayko and compass windows for all window and door sales and installation.

Just had our windows installed today. Our salesperson, Matt, was wonderful. He explained the different quality of windows and explained everything we would need to know about the install. Our installation guys were wonderful. They arrived at the time that they said. They answered any questions I had about the installation.

Compass was amazing. They were on time, courteous, and customer centered. The installers were polite and efficient and cleaned up everything. The owner is such a nice guy he even came to the house to ensure our windows were exactly what we wanted. This is a great company I can’t say enough about what a great experience we had.
Whole house replacement windows, siding, gutters
Top notch experience - everything was seamless start to finish. Rob & Eric (highly recommended) came out and showed us various options (since we never purchased new windows, siding, etc before). Rob & Eric were very professional, and were willing to work with us based on our budget. We did obtain multiple quotes from various companies and decided to go with Compass as we felt Compass had a very good understanding of what we wanted and the cost was very reasonable. I have to admit - I was not that excited about getting new windows, siding and gutters. However, once everything was installed, I couldn't believe how much nicer our house looked. We have received multiple compliments from others on how nice everything looks. Through the whole process, Rob, Eric & the whole team at Compass were top notch.

The sales, management and install personal were all very polite and professional. Pleased with the windows. Windows are an expensive, Compass came in with a good price and seems like so far a quality product. Rob and his sales demonstration won me over. Far out did the major brand name that came out for quote and about half the price. Time will tell. I did have a broken screen nothing that the company did and as promised per the warranty Jim scheduled a service call to have repaired with out issue. Install was quick and everything cleaned up nicely. Very Happy, nice to find a company to deal with without the bull Thank you Compass team.

Timely and excellent service.
Compass Windows has a great service from start to finish. We initiated our contract with a very pleasant and informative salesperson...Billy who helped us select two modern entryways for our home. Within a short time frame a gentleman came out measured and let us know our doors were on order. That was in February....our doors are up and look fabulous. In this time of uncertainty they followed through. Thank you Compass for committing to the completion. Job well done!

I had 14 estimates prior and decided to go with them. The gentleman who came to my home showed me flaws that currently were wrong with my home. He provided me with samples as well as an estimate. He was extremely personable and genuinely took interest in the welfare of my home. I felt comfortable going with this company. The gentleman who installed it were great. Junior answered all my questions and we're at my home at the time when promised. They finished within excellent timing. They did everything they said they were going to do. Cover, tyvek. My windows look better than before! I'll refer them to everyone!! The professionalism and time management were impeccable from start to finish. From the estimate to the construction workers. I hope that you highly consider them for your next project.
