He was patient and informative and not at all pushy, which we appreciated. The ordering process was easy and our windows came in ahead of schedule. The install team was super professional, fast, and clean. Everything fit perfectly and looked amazing right away. It’s so nice to be able to use our windows again and we noticed such a big difference this winter as far as our energy usage! It was a no-brainer to return to Compass as we look to complete phase 2 of our window project this summer. Again, they were prompt in coming out, reasonable with their quote, and easy to work with! We had a corporate company come out first and they we rude and tried to strong arm us without giving us a minute to think. Dave gave us all of the information without hiding anything and gave us our space. He gave us a time frame of when the install would begin and it was spot on.
